These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VIBEHR, a cloud-based Human Resource Management System ("Platform") provided by Vibeinn Techverse Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, registering, or using VIBEHR, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with any policies, agreements, or documents referenced herein. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VIBEHR during your subscription period for internal business purposes.

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Ensure authorized usage only
• Comply with applicable laws

You are responsible for:

• All activity under your account
• Ensuring employees follow these Terms
• Protecting login credentials
• Data accuracy and legality

• Fees are based on selected plans and usage
• Payments must be made as per invoice terms
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Late payments may incur penalties
• Taxes (GST etc.) are payable by Subscriber

We process your data only to provide services.

• You retain ownership of your data
• We implement reasonable security measures
• Data processing follows applicable laws

Both parties agree to:

• Keep confidential information secure
• Not disclose without permission
• Use it only for agreed purposes

• VIBEHR and all its components are owned by Vibeinn Techverse Pvt. Ltd.
• You do NOT gain ownership rights
• Feedback provided by users may be used for improvements

VIBEHR may integrate with external services.

• Use of third-party tools is at your own risk
• We are not responsible for third-party failures or data handling

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or specific outcomes.

• Agreement starts upon subscription
• Automatically renews unless canceled
• Either party may terminate for breach with notice
• Upon termination: access will be revoked
• Data can be retrieved within a limited period

After termination, users get limited access (e.g., 30 days) to download data. Data may be permanently deleted afterward.

You agree to indemnify Vibeinn Techverse against claims arising from:

• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of laws
• Infringing content uploaded by you

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in the relevant city as determined by the Company.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to natural disasters, government actions, or internet failures beyond our control.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
